MELILLO

Based in Panama City, Luca is an IB Diploma candidate at the International School of Panama working across finance, technology, education, and youth-led institutions.

He is drawn to the systems behind what gets built: capital, law, incentives, and the people who organize around them. That interest moves between leading PSYI, co-founding Liftrank, studying economics and blockchain, and gaining firsthand exposure to private wealth, M&A, banking, and capital markets at ARIFA.

Debate gives that work a public voice. In 2026, he represented the International School of Panama at MUN Rome, including presenting a resolution before an international student forum. At PANAMUN, he chaired the UNCTAD committee, guiding debate, negotiation, and resolution-building.
